“No issues with the product, more of a gripe with CNP... I generally buy from them when there is a sale on, however they always accept a purchase when they have no stock, meaning that I have to wait 5-14 days for something that should be with me within 2-3... Just a poor trick... That said, I would probably keep buying, the stuff is good if you can deal with/factor in the delivery time”

“Placed my first order with CNP almost a month ago.... Not received within the 3-5 days advertised. Sent an email after two weeks enquiring as to the order, no reply. Now entering week 4 and still no order. Enough said!?”

“It's now over a week since I placed my order on the CNP website and still no sign of a delivery. And to top it off they've asked me for a review! Sorry, but on this basis all I can give is a very poor rating.”

“They order took over a week to come When I rang to check if it has been sent I was told it hasn't and they where busy Plus the labelling of ingredients on the net isn't what it says on the tub Strange”

“Slow delivery. Order was shipped several weeks after placing it. I had to call twice and email once. If I didn't chase the order, not sure it would have arrived. Product good, shame about the service.”

“Even with Black Friday and Cybe Monday you would expect your order to at the very least be dispatched by the following Friday (05/12). Dissappointed with the speed of service/dispatch especially coming direct from the supplier. Only thing that was good about the order is the 50% discount which is too good to miss out on.”

“I ordered some CNP recently and the order went through and I was then looking forward to receiveing my goods. I then was sent a refund email and then a few days later this mail to write a review! I asked why I was refunded and didn't receive an answer so thanks for nothing CNP except for wasting my time.”

“My order was cancelled without any reason or comment or explanation. I emailed "why?", but got no response. I tried calling, but "all the consultants are busy". This looks like a bad joke - why advertise the black Friday/Monday deals so much if nobody expects to fulfil the order?”

“I ordered some shakes and protein bars for my brother then received an email saying my payment had been refunded.. why? I sent an email off to cnp asking why and I've received nothing back. What's going on?? Any correspondence would be appreciated as this order was a gift which is now late.”
