“not received my delivery yet and no sign of it coming. also forgot to apply a discount and then asked for it but not heard anything. Soulless experience so far”

“I have just taken delivery of a box of energy bars and am very disappointed to see that the expiry date is April 2017, this gives me a month to use a box which would usually last me a lot longer. I am a keen triathlete and have been using CNP energy products for a couple of years now, however this is the first time that I have ordered directly and to have received goods so close to their expiry date is massively disappointing. As I am now in the run up to my first half iron event in May and have started my nutrition planning, I need to start using the bars. Had I not been at this point of my training, I would have returned the product and looked for an alternative. Very poor service CNP, I like your products but this is a real let down.”

“On the last two occasions the quality of the protein powder has been different. It is much more grainy and the flavour doesn't seem to be there.I bought CNP Pro Peptide Chocolate flavour.”

“While the product is great, I was a bit disappointed to see the expiration date of the CNP tablets to be within days of purchase. It would be nice to see it explicitly stated on the website if you are discounting them.”

“I made an order and was told I would get an email when it was ready to dispatch. I didn't get and email and had no further contact from yourselves. My order got delivered and because I had no tracking information or when it was to be delivered I missed it. I then had terrible experiance with the delivery company where I couldn't actually have a conversation with someone as it was all automated and my order went to the depot. Didn't get told which depot and when I have actually sorted it all I now have to drive a 32 mile round trip to pick the order myself for which I paid for delivery to avoid this. Not happy with communication from your company or the delivery company which has given me a very bad first impression.”

“I ordered some items (Order WEB24690) 5 days ago and still haven't been given a delivery date. This is poor - when I place orders on eBay I always receive a delivery date within 24 hours, so why can't you do the same?”

“The packing was very poor and the box very flimsy . The box had split open and the 5kg tub of recovery powder lid had split and there was powder everywhere. luckily not much had spilt out but it was a bit of a mess. I luckily live very close to Hyde and will pick up direct as I normally do in future. Cannot fault the product though.”

“Dissappointed that a large brand organisation such as CNP take 4 days to dispatch an order! After making an order on Monday for over £70 I am shocked to only receive notification of dispatch on the Thursday! 4 days later! Terrible in comparison to other brands and supplement suppliers. If it weren't for my order being dispatched I would be cancelling this. Unlikely to order again.”
