“I placed an order on wedsnesday 3 June at 13:51 I have still not received the items and had no further email to explain why. Still waiting for a response.”

“My order was marked as dispatched so chased it up a week after and then found out it had not been dispatched, told it was set for next day delivery, still didn't turn up, spoke to another lady who put it for next day dispatch, still didn't arrive, phoned up again and it finally arrived the next day but 2 weeks from ordering!! Great product but does make me question the customer service. Also sent 3 emails which i didn't get a response to any of them!!! Great products though!”

“Over a week for next day delivery. I understand Black Fridays caused issues. However, I have attempted to contact them for a refund multiple times using many avenues, I have heard nothing back! I called Wednesday to receive a refund, I was told my package would be with my by yesterday! still nothing. Used CNP for a while, maybe because their products are well known already, they can slack on customer relations.”

“Goods as yet not received. Email sent yesterday stating goods are not in stock and would follow shortly. Offers States on website (10% off first order) not actually available (or website not working correctly). Yet to get product- let's hope it is better than the service. Poor first time customer experience.”

“There seems to be a theme with these recent reviews that reflect my experience: * 4 days after ordering still no e-mail saying when my order will be processed * 10% off first order is not valid if you have anything already discounted in your order * £1 discount for sharing on facebook is not valid if you have anything discounted in your order (they still post to your facebook page despite not giving the discount) * cannot get through on the phone as 'all operators are busy' I hope I get my order soon??”

“Overall things seemed ok until I went to the checkout and was conned into clicking the "like" button by a discount carrot. I then emailed you about this and as yet haven't received a response. So, up until purchasing was fine, customer service has been non-existent and the checkout is misleading.”
