“I can not write a review Because I have not received my order yet And had no email saying it has been dispatched It's only being delivered 1 1/2 miles from the warehouse”

“I ordered my items Sunday and it took until Wednesday for them to be shipped. I would expect a company like CNP to ship the next day so arrival would be Tuesday and not Thursday. Just appears to be a slow service as the items showed as in stock.”

“The Products Are very good I've used them for about 2 years now but this is the first time I have brought it directly from CNP. I think you need to reconsider your Christmas and new years opening times to reduce your the amount of backlog which to my understanding is the reason my order is not going to be despatch until the 4th when I ordered it on the 28th”

“Unfortunately a computer clich , meant that stock was oversold and orders unable to be met, admirably dealt with by customer services, but orders left short. Not the usual high standard expected of CNP, therefore scored accordingly”

“Got sent to wrong address then wouldn't reply to my email in the end they contact me and sent another order out 2 week later I revived my supplements.terrible service but supplements are fine just custom service is rubbish”

“Delivery was slow. No despatch advise. Items from order missing and no notification that they were out of stock, only aware when order received and noticed missing, refund made without any advise.”

“Some of the gels in 2 boxes were split and leaking. I had to wash every gel in the 2 boxes to examine which ones were damaged and to make the remaining ones usable. There was also a sticky mess over the other boxes in the same package. I emailed to notify about this on 1 Dec. No answer was received by 7 Dec, so I sent another email 9.48 on 7/12 Reply then received 12.28 7/12. 7 replacement gels are expected to arrive today 11/12”

“I placed an order, to find out nearly 2 weeks later that you cannot ship to my address. Northern Ireland is part of the UK, but for some reason some companies don't want to recognise this! I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for shipping to get the products, but it looks like I will have to stick with High 5 products instead”

“My wife and I usually put in a large order and make it last quite a few months; we were pleased to receive a few samples in our last order when it arrived too. Once we'd tried the samples we got friends to try CNP and we've asked them to order the new products we've tried to supplement our supplies. We obviously like the CNP products and range. Our latest order was WEB9448, despite the online sale you had on at the time - we still had to wait over ten days and that was after my phone call to your depot to ask on the status of our order. It arrived next day, which I'm grateful for but no samples despite its lateness. Not what we're used to - and expect from CNP.”

“After many years of using CNP and being very impressed with the Recovery bars I thought that'd I would try the recovery shake, mainly due to the increase in training load now that I've moved from Olympic distance Tri to IM distance I find I need more than a bar to hit the critical recovery period immediately after training or an event. At first the product seemed quite good, ie; well packaged, smelt nice and the nutri info was pretty decent (hence why I thought I'd tri it, excuse the pun) however on my first experience of the shake it tasted awful and even worse, the recovery effect it had on me was bare minimal! After 2 weeks of using the product every day I found that the effecitiviness of the product was just not enough for me and I didcontinued using the product. I still however use the Pro Recovery bars (caramel) religiously whilst combining them with another recover shake I'm trialling.”
