“Was hoping for some sort of discount with it been my first order. Put me off ordering again. Otherwise good.”

“I was disappointed that the discount code did not work that was clearly stated on the website for first orders. It took two phone calls to sort it out so not a good experience. After eventual purchasing two boxes I then find the product considerably cheaper from other sources in fact I could have saved over £8 on my order . The moral of the tale don't buy direct from CNP as other stockists sell it cheaper”

“Part of my order wasn't shipped initially. I contacted them to resolve, and they said the product wasn't in stock. I was offered a replacement product which I accepted.”

“the site was easy to use and set up ! only thing was I was making large order to get free post and the extra 10% off and it would not give the discount to my order !! I'm guessing because it was all sale stuff I bought ? shame it didn't say about that before I started !!!!”

“CNP products are great, but I really struggle with the delivery. Always in the middle of the day, and on my last order they missed a number off my tracking number so the parcel ended up returned to CNP. The redelivery then missed out one of my items, meaning another parcel had to be sent. In summary, great product, need to find a shop to buy it from.”

“Your products are great but in my experience the time it takes to deliver stuff after a web order is really poor. When Stuff isn't delivered I have also had to chase you for an update on where things are. You do not proactively keep your customers updated. Frustrating.”

“I've given a 3 star rating. I've used cnp before as the gym I used to work in used to stick it and I recommend all the supplements to members of the gym I work in now. So the supplements get 5 stars. I ordered on Sunday and though that by now (Wednesday) my order would have been processed and dispatched. I haven't even had an email with an estimated time for dispatch or delivery. I think improvemts could be made on that side of things.”
