“The box my order arrived in was not sealed correctly with tape. Luckily nothing was missing or tampered with. The products all taste good and have had no side effects this far. I'll write another review in a few months if needed.”

“Website will not allow me to login (did not ask to create password on registration and lost password link sends mail saying my password is "my password"). Have mailed them for help with no reply. Order placed May 12 for in stock item and nothing received. Such exceptionally poor service that it makes me wonder whether a scam site.”

“Tried to get CNP supplements from other suppliers but they kept running out of stock or had flavours I did not like so I thought i would try CNP direct and could not believe how much I saved compared to the prices other companies wanted!”

“Easy to use website, with secure payment options and helpful notifications. Very quick turnaround on my order. Great discounts, both within the site and with British Cycling membership offers. And lastly (but very importantly!), great products...gels and energy flapjacks that taste brilliant and really gee up those long rides.”

“This was the first occasion I used CNP. The web-site was clear and informative with ordering supplies easily accomplished. The response was very efficient - order by email on 8 May, goods delivered on 10 May. That's service !”

“I started using CNP products couple of years ago, as they were being used by British Cycling and Team Sky. So they must be good. How right they were? The recovery drink and energy drink were brilliant and had no side effects. But when Sky changed to another company, CNP stopped doing the 2 products I used. So I tried the company Sky are using. Well what disgusting products they make, both of their versions are full of chemicals and taste foul. I have now seen that the products are on CNP's website, so order has been duly placed and the others in the bin.”
