“I used this with our velvetiser. I'm not a fan. Flavour wise, they're too sweet for me, though my daughter disagreed. They didn't melt well, sometimes got lodged between the base of the jug and the spinning whisk thing, so that was sometimes a faff. Despite containing ingredients other than chocolate which I thought might help it thicken it, the texture of the hot chocolate is pretty thin. Given that these beads are more expensive per gram than the m&s chocolate flakes I'd previously been using, I'd expected them to produce a more luxurious cup, but they didn't. Overall, although having some variety in flavours makes a nice change, I was disappointed as I didn't actually think they were worth the money. I'd rather pay the extra for Hotel Chocolat variety pack for a more special drink and stick to the m&s for everyday hot chocolate.”

“The cocoa is nice- both the milk and dark chocolate melt well and taste rich with a range of notes. Comparing it to organic 100% cocoa and 70%+ cocoa from other producers my view is there are tastier and more competitively priced equivalents out there.”
