“I was so excited to try these beans but they have broken my Velvetiser!! Don't use them with any kind of hot chocolate/milk frother that has a whisk at the bottom. The beans jam it and disfigure the whisk so it won't work again :( I've contacted the Cocoa Canopy who just offered advice on how to do it in future... fine if I had a working Velvetiser!!!”
“I only bought the products as stated could be used in the velvetiser however they can’t as they are too big and don’t melt and also damaged the whisk in the machine. So very disappointed and won’t be buying again”

“Had a sample of these for my wife as she is addicted to her Hotel Chocolat velveriser and thought we might try something different. Unfortunately found the hot chocolate to be very weak and more like a warm slightly chocolate flavoured milk. Sorry but not one really for her.”
