“Ohmygoodness, delicious much!? The product, the packaging, the service - they're all sublime. I have never had such a wonderfully decadent hot chocolate at home. I would go so far as to say that it is the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Even the hand crafted ones at speciality hot chocolate outfits are not as good as the ones I've made at home using the Cocoa Canopy beads.
I opted for the Ecuador Dark 900g because I prefer dark chocolate to the sweeter, creamier versions. I've been making my drinks with organic whole milk, and loving every last drop. Cocoa Canopy are kind enough to include a free taster set with an order, which is an added bonus. I've yet to try those other variations, but I'm looking forward to doing so.

“Some great flavours for hot chocolate. The beans are a fun format though if you have a Velvetiser and want to use them in that as I have, it’s best to try and crush up the beans a bit first so they don’t get lodged and block the mechanics. This can mean you need to shake the device a little and press it to run a few times. Crushing them a little helped it work first time on my second flavour”
Good tips! You can also add a splash of boiling water to melt the beads into a smooth paste before adding the milk. You can do both steps straight in your milk frother!

“Got the taster pack to start with before i committed, only paid £1.90 for delivery and it was here within 3 days. Tried the smooth milk first, was nice but i wouldnt have bought anymore just based off this flavour. Then tried the dark, if you are a fan of dark chcocolate this one will hit the spot, smooth and rich, 1 cup is enough. Lastly the salted caramel, personally didnt think i would like this one but it might be my favourite. Its described as notes of honeycomb and muscovado sugar, and i can deffo taste honeycomb but in a good way. The salted caramel was the deciding factor for me ordering actual bags. Would deffo recommend Cocoa Canopy if you want to splurge a bit on a great hot chocolate. I hope they develop more flavours in the future and offer more tasters packs so potential customers can try for themselves.”

“Very smooth hot chocolate, not too sweet and the dark wasn't super bitter like other dark chocolate ones. Never been a massive fan of hot chocolate but thought I would give this one a try, 100% some of the best hot chocolate I have tried. And if you have a velvitiser...even better 👌”

“I recieved a free sample Cocoa canopy and loved it so much I have ordered twice since. The hot chocolate is made from real chocolate beans rather than powder which makes it a more decadent product resulting in a smooth and luxurious hot chocolate that tastes divine.
