“i ordered, it came quickly, no fuss transaction. delivery person was bad though...as item could be identified as it was shipped in it's own box, it was left in full view for thieves to see....i was home and they didn't even knock...coffeeteca needs to take some responsibility as they chose a cheap carrier”

“A little short on information. I ordered the machine, great price, very happy. 2 days passed before I got a confirmation that the order has been picked and was ready for delivery. The item arrived quickly but was left at the front door with the original packaging, not boxed to disguise it in any way. When I picked the box up it was leaking and upon unboxing it was clear that the water came from the unit itself. Perhaps testing of equipment to install levers rather than rotary handles? In reviews, I've read indicated that the machine should come with additional small nozzle alternatives for the steamer. I couldn't locate any. Maybe not for Australian machines???”

“Arrived a day earlier than expected. Took me a day to work out the grinder operation and two days to work out how to use the coffee machine. Would have been great to have a welcome phone call to help with set up.”
