“Efficient delivery and good pricing. Although the complimentary beans were a nice bonus, the fact they were 6 weeks old when they arrived meant that they had lost lots of their flavour and were far harder to dial in than fresher beans.”

“Coffeteca was fine, but the machine is a massive disapointment. It didn't work out of the box with the grinder seizing immediately at start up, but was fixed quickly under Warranty just before Christmas which was good. So it is working, but the steam function causes the machine to screech so loud it is unbearable, to the extend that my wifes phone triggers a warning for risk of industrial deafness ! So not using the steam function & have to take it back again under Warranty.”

“Great price and fast delivery However NO jug to froth your milk very disappointed that they don't supply this for what you pay 🥺 Our last coffee machine was half the price and came with two milk jugs”

“Just having an issue with the milk tube not sucking properly. Only just started mucking up and we have to have the milk up high for it to work. Everything has been cleaned as per manual so not sure what’s wrong. Otherwise all good”
