“I had a brilliant experience purchasing from Coffeeteca. I bought a grinder, and I was sent follow up correspondence to notify me of all shipping details straight away. I also received the bonus beans, tamp mat and tamper and I reached out for some feedback on arrival which the team was quick to reply. I would highly recommend them and will be back to purchase more soon ☺️”

“Andrew and the team at Coffeeteca were fantastic! We needed a grinder at short notice, and not only did they provide us with a great machine — the Eureka 55 — but Andrew also went out of his way to deliver a few items that were accidentally missed during collection, and this was just a day before Easter! Really impressed with both the quality of the product and the outstanding service. Thanks again to the Coffeeteca team!”

“Ordered Coffee Machine after hours on the Tuesday night. Requested they ship ASAP as would like machine in Brisbane on the next Friday for a special occasion. Machine was delivered after lunch on the Friday, just in time for our guests. Excellent service and very happy with our new coffee machine.”

“very pleased with my Dr Coffee H1 machine which Andrew reccomended also very happy with the Customer service i received from Andrew i have only had the machine for just over a week so still fiddling aroung to get the right coffee grind etc i would have liked to have included in the Manual the parameters for the different type of coffees although i know its up to individual for taste”
