“The team is fantastic. Really great experience and customer service. My machine was damaged in initial transit, a new one was arranged immediately. They guided me through the brewing and using milk frother to ensure l was comfortable. They even gave me follow up calls to see how l was progressing. Highly recommend.”

“Best service you could ask for . Delivered within 3 days of online order. Follow up phone call to ensure I was able to get it all started. Helpful advice and a great little machine at a very competitive price. If you’re after a coffee maker you’d be mad to go anywhere else.”

“I got in touch with Drew regarding a solid home coffee set up. We went with the Giggia Classic and classico Grinder. It's been 12 months and we are extremely happy with this set up, does not miss a beat. We calibrate the grinder once every 3 months or when ever we change bean. Drew was super helpful thank you”
