“Amazing products & fantastic customer service. Purchased a Eureka coffee grinder & received a free tamper but it was too big for the machine. Contacted Coffeeteca & they immediately offered to send a replacement. Cannot fault & will definitely be a repeat customer. Support small business & buy your coffee products from them.”

“Amazing service. Unpacked my new grinder on a Saturday afternoon, set it up and it would not grind. Called the 1300 number, spoke to Andrew who talked me through a few things but nothing worked, so I was facing putting it back in the box and taking it in for a technician to pull it apart and look at it on the Monday. I was so disappointed. 10 min later my phone rings and it’s Andrew with one last suggestion, which worked, problem solved. Absolutely made my day!”

“If your in the market for Coffee equipment, Coffeeteca is the place to go. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of Coffee equipment and only too happy to help you with your questions. Their Customer service is outstanding and postage speed, best I have seen. Their pricing is very competitive to other companies. I purchased a Eureka Helios 65 chrome Coffee Grinder from them, what an awesome product, it really is a thing of beauty. “Recently purchased a Gaggia Pro Classic from Coffeteca. Best price going. Being from interstate I called and spoke with Andrew who was extremely helpful ad friendly without being a 'pushy' salesperson. Speed of delivery and communication via email with invoice and tracking of order was amazing. Ordered on Friday and received by courier on Monday without a delivery fee charge and a bonus packet of Coffeteca coffee beans. Great service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
