“Customer service second to none, bought a new Eureka Libra & it arrived in two days (Melb/QLD) had some issues getting it to work as per the manual & called Andrew from Coffeeteca. We went through it together over the phone with me sending a video of the problem. He arranged to cover the return costs & kept up communications all the way through the process of getting it sorted out.He took videos of the testing & called as soon as he had an answer. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on even though they are in Melbourne & I'm in Noosa, great personal service.”

“We have had a Krups automatic coffee machine for about 25 years and it has been fantastic, my wife thought it was about time we got a more modern machine so after some homework we purchased the Gaggia Cardorna Prestige machine, it makes so many varieties of coffee and they are all fantastic and can be finely tuned to your liking. It is easy to use and clean, in short we love it and would recommend it highly to anyone. Wayne & Rachel Miller.”

“I love my Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus automatic coffee machine, bought recently from Coffeeteca. The guys at Coffeeteca provided helpful advice that confirmed my decision. And the machine is exceeding my expectations. Quieter and quicker to make coffee and froth/warm milk than I thought. Once you are familiar with the interface, it is a snap to make coffee to your preference. The automation and messages about cleaning and maintaining the machine are great. And I love the appearance of it - a stylish addition to my kitchen bench. The gift of free coffee beans was a lovely bonus. Thank you Coffeeteca and Gaggia.”
