“I was after a Eureka single dose grinder. I found Coffeeteca had one in stock. They had black but not chrome at a good price, but not so important, black is fine. I checked to see how it would be delivered before ordering. I didn’t want it left at the door but happy to collect from post office. I got quick confirmation. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. I never received a lot of tracking information and didn’t know it was arriving until the door bell rang. The estimated delivery times chart didn’t even have the ACT listed but did list rural Tasmania (go figure) Time for rural NSW was 6 - 10 business days so 1 - 2 weeks. It arrived on day 10. I guess that is on time but wouldn’t have minded better tracking details.”

“Amazing service. Enquired about a product and they got back to me within the hour. They had to source the product. Two follow-up phone calls from them and the product was in stock and sent to me interstate. Prompt delivery and the gent I dealt with could not have been more helpful. They deserve to do well. Bye the way, Thanks guys.!!”

“In this review I am rating Coffeeteca not the Gaggia Accademia, which is awesome by the way.... Coffeeteca showed me the best customer service I have experienced from an online retailer, simply stunning customer service. I would not hesitate for one second to purchase again from Coffeeteca.
