“While the Coffeeteca website is very comprehensive and easy to navigate, I am the type of person who likes to deal with other people. I called the 1300 number and spoke to Andrew (one of the founders), who answered all my questions thoroughly and politely. My purchase arrived in Perth within 3 days of placing the order! As a person who expects very high standards, I can attest that Coffeeteca undoubtedly provides excellent customer service.”

“Coffeeteca, First & foremost Andrew & Alfonso were fantastic to deal with, their customer service was outstanding & really couldn't be more helpful, absolutely outstanding! Secondly I purchased The Gaggia Classic Pro Coffee Machine through them & geez it's really a outstanding coffee machine, real quality & couldn't be happier with it, outstanding in a word! Andrew & Alfonso even threw in a 1kg bag of their own business name coffee beans! In final I urge anyone that is interested in buying real quality whether coffee machine, Grindr or accessories these guys are the ones to buy from! They are passionate about their coffee & they want others to experience & share that passion! I'm sure I'll be calling on them down the track for a decent quality Grindr as well. Regards Paul”

“My long-lived Saeco coffee machine finally died on a Wednesday morning. I wanted something similar, and researched and ordered the Gaggia Magenta on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Friday! 20 minutes later I was all set up and had made my first short mac to my tastes. Very intuitive setup. Very easy to adjust coffee strength and length of coffee/milk. Also like the more compact machine... obviously, auto coffee machines have come a long way in the last decade. Would recommend.”

“Placed the order over the weekend and received a despatch notice first thing Monday with the machine safely delivered on Tuesday...impressed. Gaggia simple instructions had us buzzing on the coffee shortly after. After a couple of days of adjusting the settings to suit the individuals at home, we are all enjoying fresh rich coffee as it should be... great Machine,”
