“Love cohorted beauty box, bit of an issue at start of subscription but now after a few months, I'm loving it. Some fantastic products inside and will continue to subscribe whilst I am getting value for price of subscription each month which is £35 a month.”

“I paid for a box on the 31st July £35 they then took a further £35 the following day, Iwas then told I would receive a box by 15th august it never arrived, after what feels like 100's of emails and phone calls to which you rarely get a response the phone number is always busy no one attempts to call you back! I have emailed to cancel and ask for a refund! £70...... I wouldn't bother with this beauty box unless you have money and time to throw away!”

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Cohorted. t is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued customers. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in August then your first box will be delivered in September. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. All of our Cohorted beauty boxes have been dispatched so please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk who will be happy to help.

“Really dissapointed with Cohorted boxes, out of the 4 I have only had 1x too faced product and 1x Nars. I have given away most of it and so dissapointed that the August box had 2 sample sizes, if I wanted samples I would have stuck with Birchbox. For £35 a month I don't feel you get the premium products you would expect and might as well stayed with glossybox for brands I didn't know. The delayed delivery is annoying as well, you pay about 3 weeks before you get it! Subscription cancelled and I won't be rushing back sorry to say as I had high hopes!”

We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Cohorted. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 15th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. However we are very sorry about you receiving your beauty boxes so late. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in June then your first box will be delivered in July. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. At Cohorted our ethos for the Black Beauty Box is centralised upon providing customers with a versatile selection of both high end and discovery brands. “we are in August and i'm still waiting for the JUNE and JULY box. i keep sending emails but very late reply and my boxes did still not arrive. I would have expected you to feel ashamed for the miscommunication and make the delivery of the 2nd month in time....but here I am in August, still waiting for June and July boxes to arrive.... of course i canceled my subscription, this is not acceptable!”

“My first 2 boxes were ok... several products that were very nice, but didn't suit me (colours, fragrance) and I was pretty sure I would cancel my subscription, but waited for box #3 to be sure. Well that box - July 2017 - was fantastic! Love everything! Fashionable matte, long lasting orange lipstick; brilliant bronzer, contour kit, great mascara, just all brilliant, high quality products that I will actually use. Excellent value even considering the items in the past boxes that I didn't care for. At least those introduced me to new brands, so that's good too.”

“As someone who loves high end products but can't really afford them, I found the subscription box soooooooo affordable and I love that it sends me stuff thats trending and new things to try! Im a big fan of Nars, urban decay, Mac, Too faced and other products so getting this little box of joy each month gets me something to look forward to!”

“As my first box I was very impressed . I don't wear a lot of make up and don't no where to start when in the shops . To be able to use products I have never heard of is great and are well work the money . My fav product in this box is the mascara it is amazing and am sure soon I will be a perfectionist at contouring . Look forward to my next box”

“July's box has been great. It's so exciting finding out all about the new brands and products that are in the box. The shades are all very flattering for most skin tones and believe me, you get your money's worth! Love receiving my little box every month!”

“I like the way that the products are sort of hidden amongst the packaging, so it is exciting to discover each product one by one! Products are of a great quality and are a great way of introducing brands that I myself, may have never tried. My favourite item from July, would have to be the Doucce Punk Volumizer mascara. It isn't clumpy like I thought it would be judging by the wand, and gave a dramatic and volumised lift with just a few strokes.”
