I LOOOOOOOVED this months box, there was nothing that I did not like. The Too Faced Melted Metal Lipstick was the best for me, the shade is beautiful and so easy to apply onto lips. Figs and Rouge was another favourite, I feel so expensive when wearing these products and have had so many compliments...... Thank you Cohorted, keep it up xx

Loved the items in the box, all very well thought out. The packaging gives a luxe feeling and is presentation at its best, also practical to repurpose. The items are of great quality, and make the box really worth the money you spend. love the surprise of what will be coming, and the items are a lot better than other less expensive boxes. I would recommend. Only drawback is the slightly clunky website as there are two different logs in for them.

They put in a nice hand cream that felt really nice on the hands and smelt amazing. The beauty box arrived on time and can with some nice coupons.

My first Cohorted box so was very excited! The packaging was really nice, the products were a mix of everything. A lipstick, two moisturizer samples, a luminizer and hand cream. Really can't wait to the next month's box!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It's so strange. They have barely any social media presence and don't reply to emails. I have no idea when to expect anything because the communication is rubbish. Hoping I don't end up waiting months and losing money.

Great products I love getting my black box every month , it's like my birthday and Christmas together . I also have bought the treat box as the price for all the wonderful Products make it great value for money.

Started my subscription in october and was billed £34.99 was then billed a further £35 on the first of november and have not received 1 box, i have cancelled my subscription and am hoping my bank will help to make sure they take no further money from me and to help me get back my £70. Would have give 0 stars if possible. Feel like i have been scammed which is such a shame as i had such high hopes for this beauty box.

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in October, then your first box will be delivered in November. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your most recent payment in November will be for your beauty box in December. If you haven't already, please reach our care team on customerservice@cohorted.co.uk and they will get back to you as soon as possible and will be happy to help you here.

Did not receive the Urban Decay pencil - got instead an extra sample size which I could get for free at any Lancome store. Just cheap products - might as well join Birchbox. Had this box for 4 months now and every month is a different disappointment.

I have been really impressed with the products and the value of these boxes. It's so nice to have luxury products each month. I was particularly excited about the cargo palette in September's box and the Lica Cole products were amazing for the skin on my face.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I paid for my first box 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I had an email to say it had been dispatched by Royal Mail 3 days ago and it's still not arrived and the tracking number they provided was non existent! They took £35 out of my acccoubt and then another £35 before I had even received my first box. I feel like I am going to be spending a lot of time on the phone over the next few days!

We are sorry to hear about your Disappointment Ben. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in September, then your first box will be delivered in October. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your payment in the previous month for this months beauty box. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 15th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Our Customer service team will contact you immediately to help you track your beauty box.

No sign of the Dior/Nars stuff on the adverts. I received a clear lip gloss, which I would never wear anyway, (they wouldn't know that as unlike other subscription boxes, they don't ask you anything about your preferences or hair colour, skin colour/tone etc). a brow tamer gel that I received a week ago from another subscription box that I pay £10 a month for, two sample size creams that would be handed out at any department store, a miniscule bottle of hair oil and an eyeshadow palette that again, I would never use. Complete and utter waste of money - I had high hopes for this box and it failed miserably to say the least.
