“Every item was lovely but i especially enjoyed the lipstick. I like how the products are full sized - it feels more curated and special to receive 5 nice things (rather than a box full of samples)”

“The whole box is an aesthetically pleasing experience: the arrival is prompt and announced a few days before through mail, the product comes in box a cardboard box so as to protect it and the actual box is elegant and potentially reusable. The products inside come with a very useful booklet on their uses and relevance, the whole process of unboxing is very nice.”

“The box arrived on time and was packaged beautifully. When I opened the box I was extremely happy to find products from brands that I really wanted to try such as Laura Mercier and Laura Geller, the lipstick is beautiful and lasts for ages! I am absolutely in love with the eyeshadow pallette that was included in the box and the colours are great for everyday wear. There was also a primer included and hydrating eye masks as well as a brand I had not heard of which produced a lovely shine spray that had the most beautiful packaging and did exactly what it said on the can. Overall, aprils beauty box was fantastic, filled with lots of little gems and I can not wait to get my hands on Mays beauty box!!”

“Absolutely love everything in this months box! My absolutely favovourite item has to be the Laura Geller Spackle primer. I have very sensitive skin and so far my skin hasn't broken out in any sort of rash or blotches. Fingers crossed it lasts. Looking forward to next month's box now!!”

We are sorry to hear this Sophie. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in March then your first box will be delivered in April. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. All of our Cohorted beauty boxes have been dispatched so please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk who will be happy to help.

“Feeling disappointed, i decided to choose cohorted because of a review i read, there is no way to Taylor the products to my colouring, preference i understand that, but i don't use at least three of the makes and they are definitely not designer, will be cancelling my subscription, might as well have gone with the cheap beauty box”

“Not impressed. I subscribed for a first month black box. I read the terms and conditions it was clear to me I was paying just for that month it wasn't ongoing. Then seen all the bad reviews and decided to cancel it quickly. When I came to cancelling it. It said it was going to take ongoing payments. I did not sign up for that. now that I have cancelled I want a refund, however I have emailed the customer service 4 times and have not received any correspondence.”

“My favourite monthly treat!!! The negative comments are most likely from people who use low market products and don't understand the value. I have been a customer for over a year and have always loved my box. I have received products from urban decay, mac, laura geller to laura mercier (for those of us who are beauty junkies - we understand the worth.) I have discovered new brands like studio 10 and douce (who do the most amazing mascaras may I just add.) The boxes arrive around the 15th of he month and are the perfect mid month pick me up! Thank you cohorted!”

“The box first received 2 weeks late was absolutely rubbish and wasn't worth £35. They don't include premium products in the slightest, they are new brands that are trying to get into the spotlight. I then try to cancel not once but twice after I was assured the account was cancelled but then one month later they take another payment. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, no phone number on the website you can only contact them via email. I won't be ordering from them again such a rip off!”
