My favourite monthly treat!!! The negative comments are most likely from people who use low market products and don't understand the value. I have been a customer for over a year and have always loved my box. I have received products from urban decay, mac, laura geller to laura mercier (for those of us who are beauty junkies - we understand the worth.) I have discovered new brands like studio 10 and douce (who do the most amazing mascaras may I just add.) The boxes arrive around the 15th of he month and are the perfect mid month pick me up! Thank you cohorted!

The box first received 2 weeks late was absolutely rubbish and wasn't worth £35. They don't include premium products in the slightest, they are new brands that are trying to get into the spotlight. I then try to cancel not once but twice after I was assured the account was cancelled but then one month later they take another payment. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, no phone number on the website you can only contact them via email. I won't be ordering from them again such a rip off!

AVOID! Payments were taken as per agreement but by the 24th of the following month I still hadn't received my box. Received several generic emails promising it was on its way- tracking number was fake and did not work- nothing arrived. Saw the box contents online and that others have received theirs so waited in the hope mine would come. No luck. Subscription cancelled and £70 out of pocket. Please do not waste your time or money- such a disappointment.

We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Unfortunately this month our Cohorted beauty boxes were delayed. However, as a goodwill for the delay we placed free items in all of our beauty boxes. I was initially worried as I paid my first payment on 23rd of Feb and then again beginning of march without receiving a box. Emailed them and they came back fairly quick to advise you pay in advance. Received my box (later than they said) a week ago and absolutely love the items! Eyeshadow palette is amazing !!

They are quick to take your money in fact two payments.. so I have paid £70 but not yet to receive one box. I have emailed them and called but no answer. Terrible customer service is a scam for sure.

Signed up in February and still no sign of March box. If you're going to advertise a time frame of 5-15th of the month you should strive to meet that promise! I received an email to say it had been shipped on the 17th but still nothing. Now fear this is a scam!!

Signed up on 23rd Feb. Have paid for two boxes now and haven't received a thing, despite the fact that the March box should have been received by 15th March. Have contacted customer services via email and through the website and have had no response. I suspect they are inundated judging by the number of negative reviews I've seen over the last week. My fear is that something has gone spectacularly wrong and they'll just disappear without trace.

I was charged on February 1 for the March beauty box. I know that the boxes go out the following month so that's not a problem. It is now March 17 and I still have not received my box but I will give it a couple more days because I am in France and it might take a little longer. The thing that I have a huge problem with is the fact that no matter how many Emails I sent to customer service, I never got a response. I have also read that there is a phone number published on Facebook which is never answered. I don't understand why this company refuses to answer emails and refuses to answer the phone. I would have been a customer for life but I cannot deal with the stress of not being able to contact someone and being reassured that my box is on the way each month when I get nervous and don't see it. I have also read a lot of reviews which said that people never received their boxes due to issues with them getting lost in the shipping. But yet they couldn't contact the company to get it resolved. Especially given the fact it is expensive.

Beauty Box still not received and terrible customer service. I subscribed to Cohort based on a comment or review from a beauty writer and the company's professional looking website. My subscription started on the 3rd of February and I was aware of the one month in advance. It is now the 16th of March and I have still not received my first box... Their website clearly says that "your first beauty box between the 5th and the 15th of the following month". I have tried to contact them via Facebook, Twitter and email. The 0800 number on their Facebook page does not work... It is interesting there is no facility on their Facebook page to write reviews. I finally received an email this morning to say they are continuing to send out the beauty boxes this week and that they had emailed me - no evidence they sent this as I have checked junk mail etc. I now fear this is a scam and that the company is genuine. Having looked at TrustPilot reviews, others are saying the same. I also wonder if this review site has been written by them. PLEASE DO NOT SUBCRIBE AND LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Trying to contact you and no response. Sent several emails and auto reply saying high volume of emails. Messaged on Facebook and Twitter. Very concerned this company is still in business and genuine - no contact number either. Please do not subscribe to this company at the moment as they have my money and I have no beauty box...

Boxes meant to be shipped 5-10th of the month. Still not heard anything and it's now the 15th. Tried to email and contact on twitter with no response.

It's now the 10th of march and I signed up in the 20th February I have been charged for two boxes and have not recived anything. I've contacted customer services and had no response really poor customer service I would like someone to get in touch with me please.

A little downside I signed up in Feb and due to timing didn't receive the first box. I was still charged and the. Charged again on the 1st of march... Can I get a refund or the Feb box at least? No problems otherwise looking forward to march.

So good Have products are a lovely deluxe size and you get to try new high end brands you may fall in love with for example I'm not in love with living proof hair care perfect for my hair and keeps my curls on point Thank you guys can always count on you

My very first box and I am thrilled with the contents. Loved all the products especially the Doucce double click lipstick and Studio 10 eye palette! Colours are amazing. I will almost certainly be going on to buy full size products! Looking so very forward to my next box!

I was pleased to see the Urban Decay product as I've wanted to try it out for a long time, however I hadn't heard of any of the other brands and wasn't greatly impressed by them. Last month's box was definitely a winner, whereas I was as pleased with this month's box unfortunately. I hope next month has a better range of brands and products.
