“I liked the lipstick very good design and colour, I also liked the primer of urban decay and that was the only brand i actually heard of in that box.”

“Appalling - attempted to cancel the box multiple times (they don't make it easy; it's almost like they don't want you to be able to!) and when I finally succeeded I was still charged for the next two months (£70). No response from customer service, although two boxes mysteriously arrived in the post much later...I suppose they think sending boxes of TK Maxx clearance tat is an acceptable way to patch things up, rather than refunding me my £70?”

“I signed up in January after reading so many good reviews, however it's now February and I've received no boxes but been billed twice. I'm just disappointed and out of pocket!”

We are sorry to hear this. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in January then your first box will be delivered in February We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 10th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Please email our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk who will resolve this issue for you.

“I've been charged twice, and i still didnt receive anything. Its 4th of February and i dont even have my January box, nothing..i wrote 15 emails and didnt get any response, tried calling its not working. this is a total scam, im left without money and i m left with no beauty box. this is ridiculous. i hope i will receive the boxes, but its February and nothing...”

“It arrived a little later than what was expected, after ordering it on Boxing Day it was 9th or maybe later when it arrived to me. But I guess that was more the Royal Mail and the holidays than Cohorted. I would recommend that they put a tracking number on the email so customers can track it of their own accord. I received the Nars Andy Warhol palette and would have preferred the urban decay one to be honest as personally I am not keen on that one but beautiful colours to say the least. The lipstick had had many wears so 10/10 for that one Bellapierre. The Bobbi brown blush (not bronzer) looks quite deep in the pan but a beautiful colour on the skin. And the MAC mascara makes my lashes pop! The brushes on the other hand are not my thing. When using a cream eye shadow the brushes pull the lid and it makes it really hard to blend into other colours. But the overall box was a great treat. I can't wait to buy the next one ????”

“It arrived a little later than expected (9th January) as I ordered on Boxing Day but not to bad. I got the urban decay naked palette which I have wanted for years. The mac mascara is good for my lower lashes as has a small brush compared with what I am used to. The lipstick was actually the perfect shade for me. The Bobbi brown blusher looks bright pink but comes out a lovely shade. The brushes where smaller than expected but actually work really well and are now pride of place on my drsssing table. I actually ended up using all this products for brunch my friend booked for me as a belated birthday treat at 100 wardour street and she comment snob how nice my make up looked! I think she will be looking into Cohorted after I let her in to my little secret. I can't wait to order another one when I get paid next.”
