“The subscription process is awful. I unknowingly ended up with 2 accounts and was charged double subscriptions and was receiving double boxes which have to return. Tried to cancel without success. The phones are unmanned and response to emails is very poor. In the end have resorted to getting credit card company to put a stop on any further payments being taken from my account and credit card company claiming a refund on my behalf. I suggest anyone having similar problems does the same.”

“Haven't even recieved my box and it's nearly the end of the month January.. I paid in early December they said it will come January... erm where?”

“I subscribed to this box for two months about 5-6 months ago and I still have yet to receive either of them or any kind of response after at least 10+ attempts nor any kind of refund!!!! I'm have lost about $100 with them and I am so upset. I live in the US and they should not offer subscriptions to those living in the US if they can not fulfill them nor make any attempt whatsoever to resolve any kind of issue with someone from the US! They have such poor quality of service and I would not recommend this box to anyone.”

“Absolutely poor service. The worst service ever. Box always comes late. They never respond to emails. Everytime you send an email, you get an automated email sayin they're busy and will get back quick. But they never do. I have sent about 20 emails and recieved 20 automated emails back since early dec 2016 but not even 1 reply. I cancled my subscription in december including January 2017. I got refund for January. I returned my decembers box aswel which i was told i will get full refund after receiving the box. Box has been delivered to their returns address i have signed proof of receipt at delivery. Its been over 4 weeks stil not got my refund. They're not responding to any emails or answering any calls. Now im trying to delete my account from the website but unfortunately they don't have an option on there to delete account. Please stay away from this. Its a scam! Theyr nt even worth 1 star.”

“Well worth the money! All the items were great and it's nice to be able to try new products like the Ovali brushes. The mascara was different to the one advertised, but the one I received was MAC so no complaints here! I really liked that you could see what you were going to get, but I agree with other subscribers that it would have been nice to chose which eyeshadow palette to receive.”

“As my first box, I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't know what to expect. Like many of the other reviewers, I was slightly underwhelmed by the Nars palette as I was hoping to get the UD one instead, but the rest of the box contents were fabulous, especially the MAC mascara which has become my new favourite!”

“I really liked the box, and there was a selection of great products. However, it would have been great to choose whether you wanted the NARS palette or the Urban Frcay one, as I already had the Nars one from a previous box. I was also disappointed to see the Bella Pierre lipstick included again, as I also had had this in a previous box. Of all the products they could have chosen, they choose two from another recent box. Other than that, the rest of the products were worth the money.”

“The My Little Treat Boxing Day special was great. I'm slightly underwhelmed by the NARS Warhol eyeshadow, only because I saw them going cheap at TK Maxx the other day! It's not as good as other NARS products in my opinion either. The other items are great though, I LOVE the Ovali brushes, I'm going to upgrade all my brushes now. The mascara wasn't the one advertised I don't think, but since it was MAC instead I'm not complaining! Overall a lovely box from Cohorted.”

“Overall, it's a great box. But I feel like when I first subscribed, it had more make-up that it has now. Some months it has a lot of skincare or hair care products than make-up, which disappoints me a bit, because I've subscribed for it to receive more make'up products.”
