I liked the high end products and some unusual pieces I wouldn't have bought myself. I also really like getting make up sponges etc to mix things up.

Had abit of a misunderstanding when I first signed up at the end of May, as I had been charged double. Once at initial sign up and again on the 1st June. However it does in fact state in their terms and conditions that they work 1 month in advance, so my initial payment was for June's box and my June payment was for Julys box etc... I Have had excellent response from them when I had this problem and they happily explained this to me. I think a lot of the negative feedback is about being double charged.. people just need to read terms and conditions, that's what it's there for :). thank you Cohorted for your fab customers service.

Firstly, I have got to say the customer service is fantastic in my experience. I would advise emailing the customer service through the email link rather than through the website 'Contact' page. Within a few hours I had a friendly reply that put my concerns to rest. The lady who I was talking to asked if it would be better to talk about my needs through a phone call and she was very patient and understanding. My email was actually to do with an overdue payment- I was expecting Cohorted to fine me or charge me extra but they didn't charge me anything which I thought was very considerate. As a student I was relieved that they weren't going to charge me extra (although they could have considering the circumstances)... Also I would advise people to start reading the Terms and Conditions that are stated on the actual website. I was initially confused about being charged on the 1st of the month but it says clearly on the T&C that Cohorted will reschedule payments to the 1st even when you have ordered your first box at the end of the month. A lot of stuff like that is actually cleared up on the website, and there is an FAQ on there too. Overall, a great company!!

The products in beauty box are usually high-end, something I usually wouldn't buy because of the pride so it's nice to try some new and good quality stuff! It's like opening Christmas present every month :)

Only had two boxes and was pleased with the products inside. Last months box didn't seem as value for money as the first one I had got but it's a nice surprise every month :)

One box so far, however I have been researching prices and it seems RRP stated is overpriced which feels a bit dishonest for the monthly cost. I have also purchased a special box for Mother's Day which was quite nice but again considering those are mostly make up items It would be useful to somehow state your preferences and skin colouring to ensure items received suit best. I would dred blue eyeshadow

I have only had one box so far but am very impressed by it compared to the other ones. I have 4 other boxes coming to me every month, though I have to say they also deliver as they are much cheaper. I have only had one problem with one item but so far I am really happy. I hope there are not going to be a lot of shampoo and conditioner samples as those are usually not that great and count for two items. I plan on reviewing cohorted on my blog if I feel like I can continue to justify this amount of money for a beauty box :) Love, Gintare

High quality products. Good value for money. However, one month a product was missing. It was included in the next box, but then there was only 3 other products including a tiny sample size. I felt like there should have been more seeing as there was meant to be an "extra" included from the previous month.

Good quality products included. Fast delivery. The box always comes well packaged. Products RRP are sometimes exaggerated, due to them being on sale.

I love the cohorted box , the entire concept is an amazing way to broaden your beauty range and experiment with top brands for a bargain price. My only criticism would be the repeat products that are occasionally sent out , I had two of the exact products in the exact shades sent to me on consecutive weeks which did make me question whether or not to cancel my subscription . Also there should be an option to pass over your appearance details to gain products more tailored to your appearance . For example I am light skinned and red haired so I don't think I suit many dark lipsticks etc . However at the same time I do admire this aspect in a way because it allows me to experiment with products I wouldn't normally purchase. Also I love the new sneak peaks they do , it makes me so excited for the next months instalment . I love their customer service in how they notify their customers about delivery and any unexpected changes. I loved my pallet by the balm that I received recently and think that I will be a cohorted member for a very long time . I LOVE COHORTED !!!!!! Thank you !!!

I was delighted to be able to subscribe rather than have to remember every month to battle to get a box. The £35 is significantly more expensive than other boxes I've tried. However when my first box arrived in November I was quite delighted. The concealer palette was just great and the cargo eyeshadows whilst not really my colour, made my 16 year old daughter's day. December's box I felt wasn't quite as good, but I'm still looking forward to January's. I've found that nothing is wasted, if it's not for me, it quickly gets tried out by my daughter and her friends. My only minor complaint is the lack of information card in this month's box, but that's not the end of the world.

I was pleased with my first Cohorted box. Unfortunately the Nars brush was substituted with a Bare Minerals brush, and as much as I like BM, their brushes are not good so that was a personal disappointment. I thought a full size Mac lipstick was fantastic but again, and this is just a personal preference, it was not a colour that most people could carry off; it was far too dark for someone of my age. Having said that I will continue to subscribe for a few months; having seen previous boxes I am looking forward to receiving eyeshadow palettes etc....

I was looking forward to receiving the Cohorted fragrance box. I had thought a while before signing up for the subscription but having had their other boxes and enjoyed those, I took the chance. The white fragrance box echoes the black ones and is tied with a silky ribbon. A booklet inside tells of each of the four fragrances in the box. The main fragrance was a 100ml, bottle of Shalimar Parfum Initial L'Eau by Guerlain. The bottle looks sophisticated and the fragrance fit my taste as it as a floral scent. (at least to me it was :)) The remaining three fragrances were smaller, sample sized but a good way to "test drive" fragrances. My favourite from the box was the Versace, Crystal Noir sample. This fragrance is floral and delicate but not insipid. The second miniature fragrance was the Boucheron, Place Vendome. This is a light, woody fragrance. The last sample is a small vial by Annick Goutal, Paris. Gardenia Passion is a strong scent that smells to me like daffodils, lilies and jasmine. Overall, I'm pleased with this box, it will be interesting to receive the rest of my subscription. (On an admin note, there was some confusion regarding when payment is taken and which box it referred to, but an email from Cohorted was sent to clarify this issue. It does seem unnecessarily complicated.)
