“I love this product! I look forward to getting this box every month! Compared to other boxes I have tried before, this one is by far the best. The fact you get full sized products, and it's always stuff that I will actually use. Would recommend this to everyone!”

“Great assortment of (quality) brands I don't find in the usual places I shop in. The box also contained actual make-up (and one fab beauty tool I wouldn't otherwise have tried), which is what I want from a subscription box. Everything I received was perfect. Incredibly good value for the price.”

“Love this box! Absolutely the best box I have had, has great products, 99% of the time they are full size and if not they are generous sizes! Always worth it! Can't see myself ever stopping this subscription !!”

“The August box was fantastic although I wish I would of gotten one of the larger bushes as I thought this seemed unfair that other people did and needs more makeup but overall was a fantastic box!”

“Great product selection. I was a little bit disappointed in the oval brush. I would have like to have a choice but overall I was really impressed. I think cohorted always provides excellent value for money and unlike other beauty boxes provides a really varied product selection.”

“I feel Cohorted stands out from other beauty boxes in my opinion, because firstly the type of products and the quality of the products are second to none. Nars is one of my favorite make up brands and to receive a full sized product alone makes the £35 well spent. I also like that you include beauty accessories. I had been wanting one of the Ovali type brushes for a while, but was reluctant to spend a lot of money to buy one outright when I wasn't sure how good they would be. When I received one in the last box I couldn't be happier and now I'm looking at buying the complete face brush range. I definitely want to continue with my subscription on this and I am looking forward to seeing what other products will be coming in the near future.”

“I decided to subscribe to Cohorted after watching lots of Youtube videos of different beauty box unboxings. August was my first box and I was surprised, I loved getting the box and looking at everything I got and the products were good. The box itself is nice and great to use for storage and I will be keeping my subscription for a while I think. The products in the August box were nice, the Nars palette was pretty and I liked the nail polish, great colour. The hair sheets are a little disappointing but they may come in handy on holiday in the humid weather. All in all I think the value for money is good and getting a surpise is great! Thanks Cohorted, keep up the good work. Note: I’d love to see some ‘The Balm’ products in upcoming boxes.”

“I'd love it a lot more if I received colours that suit me!! When signing up, we should select our skin tone so that we don't end up with dark hd brows and medium/dark bronzer when I'm blonde and pale. It always seems that I receive the worst of the colours listed in the booklet!”

“Many full size samples included in each box of true deluxe items, not just the sample sizes which you get in other cheaper boxes which you could get as freebies from shops. In my last 2 boxes I have had NARs products and two different HD brow sets which I am completely in love with! I tried Glossybox and Birchbox before switching to cohorted, and I have to say that the other two really don't compare. If you want quality products which you will actually use then go for cohorted - I haven't been disappointed about a single item! (Plus royal mail delivery is a godsend as I can pick up my box from the sorting office if I miss the delivery, rather than having yodel stick it in the smelly outdoor bin!!) 5 STARS!”

“I signed up with a Groupon 50% off deal. I paid £17.50 to Groupon. When I sign up with you (Cohorted) you also debited my account for £17.50. I contacted you and you refunded the £17.50 that you had deducted from my account. This was about 4 months ago and I have never received any goods. Very disappointed and I wasted £17.50 on nothing!!”

“The customer service with this company is shocking, so bad. I placed an order 11 days ago, my order status still says processing. I've called customer services 4 times and nobody ever answers, they encourage you to leave a message with your details to call back but nobody ever does. I've emailed them 5 times as well, with no response! This morning I received an email form PayPal saying that cohorted had refunded me part of my order- why is this?? I didn't ask for refunds or returns...!!! I want the order I paid for!!! I am unbelievable disappointed with the lack of communication from their customer services and my overall experience. I will never be purchasing from this company again.”

“Products are good even if old stock and the RRP is very overstated. You can buy much of the stock or similar quite cheap often in TKMaxx or on other sites. If you ever need to contact customer service though Cohorted are awful and you can wait forever for a reply.”

“I love cohorted. I also subscribe to glossy box and lovemebeauty and this one is my far the best! I am even considering cancelling the other two and keeping only this one. The products are better brands, the overall cost is better value for money. I have so far loved and used every single product and have been getting them since the second month.”
