Booked the car in with no fuss. Was sent a video of the car being serviced which was great. Picked the car up and was happy with the price and even got a valet. Well done to all Thankyou

From the moment I fell in love with my used PINK Kia Picanto on the website of Colin Appleyard Keighley the experience of buying it was a delight. Following my initial 'phone call, the car was driven to me from Keighley to Huddersfield (an hour away) the same day so that I was able to test drive on familiar roads. Liam answered any queries I had on the spot or with 'phone calls and e-mails during the following week and then drove the car to me with a car following to take him back. With him was all the necessary paperwork. All I did was arrange insurance and payment and make us a cup of coffee on the day while we went through the details. I was informed of the advantages of any extras and their cost - warranty extension, service agreement, GAP insurance (the only one I bought) but was not overly pressured to buy. The car is mine and I love it. I am 74 years old and this was my first car change in 17 years - I was very nervous but all the help I received was wonderful. Can I award 10 stars?

Purchased a 70 plate Qashqai, and have been delighted with the service & efficiency from the Keighley site. From initial visit & meeting with Craig in sales, the subsequent test drive & then purchasing the car, everything was well organised & the company values upheld. I did have a breakdown with the car immediately following collection, which turned out to be a computer issue, however the support from Paddy & his team in service was superb in getting me back up & running. Communication was first class, keeping me informed of the progress of the fix, and subsequently handing the car back to me following the repair. 5 star review for 5 star service.

All the staff I dealt with from front line , to Mechanic to the person who cleaned car after my car MOT are polite and friendly and a credit to to.company

Great service from them. Literally broke down outside the garage on my way to work, they managed to look at my car that afternoon and diagnosed the fault. Needed parts but they wouldn't arrive until the next day so they even lent me a courtesy car over night. Dealt with Barry in service, would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

Reasonable price, quick turnaround and car washed too. The previous customer didn't return the courtesy car in time but they found me another very quickly.

As usual Colin Appleyatd were very efficient . Barry in the service department was his usual efficient self, nothing too much trouble to help the customer. Curtesy car was ready when i called in to have my Outback serviced. Thanks also to the Technicians who serviced my car, it runs like new, not that there was anything wrong with my car when it went in for it's service.

As friendly & helpful as usual. Late instructions to isolate required a pick up & delivery. Former not possible but car not required so took it in the day before - went above & beyond to arrange return delivery at the end however. Glad that easing of restrictions have meant valeting is back - apologies to the employee concerned as having only got home from a month away the car was rather less than pristine. Now sparkling inside & out - thank you!
