Now things are almost sorted out with the manager from the Huddersfield branch, we just have to wait till normal service resumes with the full 5* usual service. Once that small item is taken care of then we will be satisfied once again, giving us thought to use them again when we do change car again, that'll be car 6 from them then.. Chris was the dissatisfied customer but now a lot happier..

Had my car for over two weeks. Was not offered a courtesy car or time scale. Then when I rang to say really needed to car for hospital visits was told I should have asked sooner. Reduced me to tears twice. Disappointed in the service

2 days after buying a 14 reg nissan micra with 14400 on clock started having trouble with clutch.Looked at by garage and told it 'needs a new clutch'.Booked in for clutch change.Then told they wouldn't change it as it was 'driveable'.Wanted me to contribute to cost.They changed it for free after some arguement.On collecting car was given a lecture on how to drive and not ride the clutch.The cheek.

Obviously being a used vehicle there can be issues we are unaware of despite carrying out a thorough checking process and inspection prior to your collection. its a hassle free way to buy a car , not pushy salesmen but helpful ones , they give you your space till you need them and then give you the facts and figures pretty quickly ,it's the second time we have bought a car from Suzuki and have been satisfied with the after sales care as well , would recommend them to anyone, in fact we have done

Very unhappy service. We had a Citroen Nemo which was bought from Appleyards at Huddersfield, as we had a some credit we were told we couldn't exchange, then suddenly we could. Told the car was not worth a penny as the gearbox was damaged & told the new credit company wanted to see the Nemo at appleyards for verification of not worth anything, told they had to have it on their premisis and they would scrap it, now we find it is back on the road, after a new m.o.t & tax, someone is making money off the daily motorist but bet they will decline selling it for any profit at all. Now I have a Suziki Swift on a 13 plate but definitely thinking about further advice on where we stand & what can be done to stop this happening again to anyone.

I have bought 5 cars from the Huddersfield branch also I used to work thre be fore I retired and I am happy whith the service I get I would recommend enyone to by a car thre as the the staff are very helpfull

I bought my new car but as yet not driven it. Martin and then Bradley were excellent in showing me around the car and Bradley in particular in dealing with the paperwork and driving the car to my home address, chris pass

Just had a 5 star valet done at the Ashton branch. First class job. Had my first service there some weeks earlier. Again spot on. All my dealings, since purchasing my vehicle 12 months ago, leave me very satisfied.

We had to wait a couple of months for the Vitara, but Dean kept us fully informed. Making us aware of other cars that were in stock. I did try for the higher spec of our car for the same deposit we were paying ???? dont ask dont get, I think the £1200 diff between deposits might have been a problem. Am more than happy with Colin Appleyard (Suzuki) service and would recommend them to anyone and would have no hesitation to recommend them

Bought my new swift from ashton branch ,excellent service from dean who was polite and friendly ,we got good part ex price and were very happy with the deal we got.we were kept informed with everything and the car was ready to drive away with no hassle,we got a brilliant car.can't recommend enough.

I found the staff here very friendly and helpful. I dealt with sam and I can say he very efficient and I did the have any problems on the way. I collected my car yesterday and he went through everything with me a out the controls and I love my new car.
