“The customer service at Colin Appleyard Ashton-under-Lyne is excellent. All the staff are friendly & welcoming. The motability process has been seamless, with special thanks to Nick & John for all of their help & they really look after their customers. “We have no hesitation in awarding a 10/10. The service we received was extremely professional and polite thus our reward of 10. “Went to look at a car at the Keighley branch. Unfortunately on this occasion a deal could not be agreed. Found John to be very honest and upfront. Although disappointed l was happy with the experience. Would recommend!”

“I have bought 3 cars from Colin Appleyards in the last 17 years. A Grand Vitara, a Jimmy and now an Ignis. Never had a problem in buying or or on service, and received value for money. The cars are dependable and trustworthy as are the staff. Better than any other makes and garages I have dealt with.”

“I contacted the garage as none of the garages in my area were in stock. Richard ( Bennett) of Colin apple yard bradford rang me and we discussed the part ex of my car and cost of new car . We largely communicated via what’s app after this and it was great. Richards communication was fabulous always replying in a very short timescale. A video of the car when it came into the garage was a nice touch. Handover on 1-3-23 was smooth and I would high,y recommend Colin appleyard to buy a car from and in particular Richard - nothing was a bother.”

“We visited a couple of dealers just to inquire about price/ size of models/ trade in deal etc then went into Appleyards and found ourselves so impressed we ordered a car that day. We were never put under any pressure, just the opposite, " don't rush any decisions" they said. Between ordering and pick up we've had texts and emails just to keep us up to date which we thought was good.Thank you Johnathon for the hand over experience where you explained everything well.”

“I took my car to Colin Appleyard for its MOT service and a recall, I waited for it to be done and was supplied with coffee, it did not take too long, I was told everything that was, and had been done, I was kept updated of the progress, everyone was very friendly. On the whole I would highly recommend using their service.”

“I was looking for a new car and i went to Colin Appleyard in ashton to look at the Suzuki, I found the salesman to be friendly and knowledgable. I didnt feel pressured and was given options. I didnt end up getting a suzuki as i do prefer a bigger car and found one in my price range elswhere. i just wanted to say that the showroom and sales people were very welcoming and i would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking”
