“Unfortunately due to there being too many different companies involved in sorting out my problem it took a little longer than expected but Dean and Jonathan at Colin Appleyard persevered and solved in the end Many thanks 👍👍👍”

“Great service felt very looked after. This was for me a new experience having never bought a car from a dealership before. Jon was great from the first phonecall to book an appointment until hand over and am sure will be beyond. A lovely little ignis is parked outside and I'm thrilled with it and the process.”

“Bought a used car over the phone. After a 2 hour journey to collect it, it was great to be met with friendliness and a cup of tea. The car looked like new and runs like new. I have fallen in love with it AND I got chocolates to take away. Thank you John and Dean.”

“Can’t fault them at all. Everyone is so nice and relaxed. Not pushy and obnoxious like most car sales reps. Easy to have a laugh with but they’re very keen on customer service and making sure you get exactly what you want. I would definitely buy another car from them.”

“Suzuki are nice cars,Very friendly staff, they went through all I wanted to know , nothing was to much trouble Karl went through everything on the car before I set off I would recommend Colin Appleyard to everyone”

“From start to finish we were taken through every step by Nick Hughes your Motability representative. He fully understood our needs and he wasn't "pushy" unlike some we have come across in the past. He was very truthful about the car situation and when our car arrived early we were over the moon. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Nick.”
