I have been 3 times now the first for a cut .... and asked stylist if could have a style with middle parting she explained I had a cows lick ... I hav never been told that ! 2 nd time christmas eve for highlights and cut ..... she cut with middle parting !!! As you can wear it any way with that ....I wanted light blonde highlights as was Christmas eve I didn feel I could say anything as they wher finishing at 3.30 .... called after holiday s they where very happy to give me a complimentary colour so I was in last week I only had to pay for the cut ..... when got to till I was shocked to pay £92 as the stylist I hadthe first and 2nd was not that price ...... was really not happy and the cut when got home just wasn t a reflection of the price ....... I do like to spend money on my hair to get a nice cut ..... I appreciate all they did to brighten highlights but I won tbe returning which is a shame ..... I did want a different style to go shorter but stylist said maybe not this time qe cut this shorter ...... so when got to till and realised the price I should have been able to get a short style I sorry because it seemed like they going out of their way to help bit it just wasn t worth the money

In all my past experiences, today was the first time a consultation left me feeling genuinely upset. From the start, I didn’t feel truly listened to. When I tried to share what I was looking for, I felt like my input was dismissed rather than considered. The stylist’s explanations came across as patronising and I left feeling talked down to. She also made a handful of negative remarks about my current hair (balayaged), which felt unnecessary and unkind. When I addressed this, she seemed to backtrack, but by then the damage was done. Despite my lack of enthusiasm, she continued to push her own ideas of what would suit me, without seeming to notice - or care - that it made me uncomfortable. While I understand she was maybe trying to manage expectations, the delivery lacked tact and sensitivity. The interaction overall felt unprofessional and very different from all my past experiences of consultations elsewhere, where I’ve always felt heard and respected.

Not happy with my hair at all in Ormskirk asked to have them thinned, weigh less,because they are quite long and hairdressere left long hair on the sides and bottom they look like chopped down totally out of shape and fluffy again. Overall the visit was long and unpleasant. I will definitely not return to this salon because I paid a lot of money for nothing I have to go and fix it somewhere else. When paying the price increased there was no information why. I also asked about coloring but at the end I just was ignored. I drove 15 miles for this west of money and time.

Regarding the price adjustment, it appears that you originally booked a clippered, cut-and-dried appointment, which is only suitable for very short hair. Similar to your previous visits to our salons, a cut and finish service was conducted which is the appropriate service for your hair length. I paid £140 for highlights but my experience at this salon in Liverpool City centre was so bad. The staff were rude beyond belief and I was treated appallingly. Absolutely no respect for customers. I wanted to leave the salon with my hair wet. I couldn't wait to leave. What a bunch of nasty, gossipy women. It's about the whole experience, not just about cutting hair and treating the customers like rubbish.

Hair Treat. This is a product I used to buy in the shops and can only find online now - it is so good and I am so pleased to be using it again.

Appalling customer service - cancelled my appointment at the last minute with no suitable alternative offered. I would never book with this salon again.
