“Plastic garbage packaged appropriately in a plastic shipping bag. Took 7 weeks to arrive and only shipped when I complained.
Do not do business with these scammmers. I can't even donate these things because they will hurt someone's feet tremendously I'm sure.”
“SCAM. They advertise a product, and weeks later you receive a very cheap imposter of what they pictured. Then you get no response after calling, (bad number) and emailing numerous times. Filed a claim with the BBB.

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I have never written this in a review, but this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The shoes took forever to arrive, to the point I thought it was a scam, and then when they did arrive they were the cheapest, fake plastic things. In photos the shoe appears to be cloth with a cork sole, but it was all plastic. The shoes are advertised for bunions, and the toe box is narrow. When I wrote to ask for a refund, they offered exchange, credit or 30% back. The worst ever and now I do think it is a scam”

“Fake product images and specifications shown on website. The product which you receive will totally be different which you ordered. Their slippers are absolutely pathetic amd uncomfortable. You can’t wear it for more than an hour. Your footsoles will burn like hell because it’s plastic. There is no Customer Service after sales. You will be at your own. They says 14 day return or 7 day returns but there is no returns processed by them.”

“I ordered three pair of sandals, all but one fit. The other two are so big, the straps are two inches too big (not adjustable) Good luck getting them to answer your email. I have been trying for a year. I called the credit card company and they put a hold on the payment and after 90 days they put it back on. This is a no win situation. Buyer be ware. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Won’t make this mistake again, if company does not have a phone number that I can verify, I don’t purchase. I’m out $100.00.

I would get an email back asking for the order number so I would reply with it in the text of the email, then not hear from them. Very frustrated! “My boyfriend received a targeted ad on Instagram for this brand, I have pretty bad bunions on both feet and am always looking for comfortable shoe options. The pricing for the boots I purchased was reasonable, plus the shoes were very cute, which is always a plus when looking for something bunion friendly. Since the website lists an address in Delaware and the shipping charge wasn't signification, I was a little surprised when the items shipped from China, but it didn't occur to me that would be an issue.
The shoes took longer than the 2-5 business days quoted on the website, which was a little worrying especially once I was this was shipping from China but the shipping information seemed legit, and I had purchased the shoes for myself, so didn't have a strict date for when the item needed to arrive.
However, I was extremely disappointed when I did get the package. The boots look and feel CHEAP. No other way to say it. I doubt these will hold up for more than a few months. Additionally, the shoes are extremely small. I ordered a 6.5, which is what I usually wear in boots and I cannot get my foot all the way in the shoe. If I had known this was an Asian retailer, I might have sized up, as I know that sizing can run small. However, there is no indication of that on the website.
Unfortunately, I cannot return the item, as the policy on Comfy Footgear's website says items must be "unopened." As I had to open the plastic wrapping to try the shoes on, I am left with unwearable shoes.
I cannot recommend anyone buy from here and I hope Comfy Footgear updates their website with more transparency about where their shoes are coming from. I am confused by the overwhelming positive reviews Comfy Footgear has and will be leaving this review on the item I purchased.”

“Zero stars! The quality of this product is inferior to say the least. It is easy to see how cheaply made the shoes are plus they are not true to size, they run small. The customer service phone number is a dead end and customer service is terrible. They refused to give a refund (after the delivery was over 3 weeks late!) and instead offered a discount if I ordered more product. Whattttt???? This is a complete SCAM, buyers beware. You are throwing money away if you place an order. Dishonest and fraudulent businesses like this should be banned from being able to advertise on any platform.”
