“OK - I have the same complaint as everybody else on this site but I'm adding the following explanation to maybe alleviate some of the brain damage. I placed my order 23Mar and it shipped 28Mar21. Tracking showed in transit, but when I had not received it by end of April, I emailed comfy sandal asking for an ETA but never got an answer, so I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. CapOne (best bank EVER!) immediately refunded my $ with a promise to investigate. In the mean time, I kept checking the tracking info periodically and -- TA DA -- on 24March tracking said that it was going to be delivered today -- and it was! and I love them! so - it literally came on the slow boat from China (prob thru the Suez Canal). If they had just answered an email (or 5) or put a blurb on their website that shipping is coming from China, peace would have reigned supreme a lot sooner. That said, I might even order another pair or two for next summer delivery. :-)”
“Actually this is an update on a previous review about comfy sandals. I wanted to say I did receive my sandals from comfy sandals, I purchased two pair and received both, it was 6 weeks later, they arrived in good condition, they were the right size and they are comfortable, I can tell the quality is not high standard but they are wearable and I’m just glad I received what I paid for, I won’t be a returning customer since they told me I would receive them in about two weeks and I emailed them a couple times with no response that’s bad business so they lost a customer because of that bad business.”
“I recently posted a one star review but I need to amend it. Finally I received my sandals, many weeks late. So I can’t say the company is a scam since I’ve gotten them and they are very nice, just as advertised. Though I can only give them 3 stars because their customer service is the worst. They never responded to any of my correspondence. I will not ever order from this company again.”
“Ok here’s my story I’m completely disappointed to read these horrifying reviews I placed an order June 10, 2020 and was encouraged by comfy sandals to buy another pair so I did on June 13, 2020 then I received yet another email encouraging me to get another pair that’s when I decided to look up some reviews 2 pair of paid for shoes too late of course, well I’m almost not expecting them anytime soon and if and when they do get here I’m going to be sorely disappointed at which time I will update my review smh this is a lesson I certainly should have learned way back when to always check reviews before purchasing, always!”
