“I am happy with my insurance package, regarding cost and online service, however the only issue I have was that my initial phone call to set up the policy took over 30 minutes to complete. As this is not a free telephone number, I feel this should of been done quicker or allowed me to purchase it online instead. Overall rating is good.”
