“I ordered a scanner from these folks and within a day they contacted me letting me that they didn't have the item in stock and that their website had shown that I Was buying the last item in error (there was no last item). I told them to cancel the order but they were nice enough to come back and offer me two other options from different brands and they offered to pay for the difference. I thought that was pretty awesome and I received the scanner the next day (we are in a completely different state so that is impressive). Overall no harm no foul. I did receive a ton of emails between confirming the order and getting the items confirming my order confirming the shipping etc etc... that was a bit much but the service itself was outstanding. Go ahead and purchase with peace of mind. I'd avoid only one item left products though just in case that same glitch happens to you!”

“Order wasn't sent the following working day as advertised/promised so contacted them - warehouse issue. Received apology, was refunded postage and package arrived the following day. Excellent after sales. Well done”

“Everything happened as it should. Ordering was easy, the order arrived in a very reasonable time and I got email updates along the way. The device was what I ordered, the packaging and device were not damaged at all and the device worked. Can't really expect any more than that.”

Dear Nick Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed this order and can see that your order was received at 10pm on Tuesday night. We processed your order the following morning (Wednesday) and it was collected by the courier that afternoon. The delay was due to the courier, as it was held in a delivery depot for a couple of days. They don't deliver on weekends, so it was delayed by another two days and was finally delivered on Monday. I'm sorry for the delay I hope it didn't cause you any problems. Due to this delay, I have refunded the delivery cost on this order.
