“Purchased a Server System Board and it arrived with bent pins. I emailed Roger on the 5th Feb 2022 and did not receive a response. Update, still waiting for a response - Board was not new, I received complaints from my client (Government Organisation) and I can’t get a response from CompuCoast, not happy.”

“Was not aware that I ordered anything but was charged $302 dollars on credit card. So I suppose someone got something for free. As to trying to contact someone then pressing star does not connect to operator but rather non stop recording of being on hold.”

“Took 1 month to get delivered less than 100km. Pretty sure they sold it with nil stock. Admittedly they did refund the shipping cost. I would shop elsewhere.”

“Called 8 times and left messages over 3 days, emailed and left online message....No reply. Do not use. Poor experience.”

“I bought an iPad 9.8 inch gumdrop case as my son had one which is excellent but when we put it on my daughters iPad Air 2 the side rubber buttons did not line up with the iPad. Obviously it’s only good on the iPad Pro yet all it said was made to fit 9.7. So they need to make it clear only for latest iPad. I must now pay to send it back.”
