“1 to 2 days delivery. After 2 weeks i got in touch and they said their warehouse didn't have my address?! So after 4 weeks I received my order. They did refund the shipping costs. Not hugely impressed though.”

“Website layout could be better found it hard to find the 'add to cart' button. Bought a laptop case, really high delivery cost ($15 something) for a nearly 2 week wait to actually get the package, looked at the courier you guys use and it has many poor reviews???”

“Items had arrived quickly and I was very happy with this (as I have been having issues with items arriving on time), but the issue I have is the part I had ordered the makerbot it mini+ extruder is now not operating correctly showing a waveform error in operation every time I goto print (the spring mechanism inside the extruder appears to be too weak to operate correctly after some time in use), this part is only a few weeks old and has only been run for about 50-75 hours. I'm not really impressed that I can spend $470 on a part that fails in less than a month, I'll be looking to take further steps here.”

“Ordered a printer online ..received it two weeks later..delivery couriers used were terrible. Roger from the Qld office was very helpful and he refunded my postage..But, it was a frustrating experience and hence the rating..”

“paid for next day shipping - was told that it missed the shipment even though i had made it well before the cut-off. when the goods arrived one week later the package was posted standard ROAD ONLY shipping. the reason why i chose to order through this company was specifically because of the shipping modes offered. i complained and they refunded the shipping cost - but it did not make it when i required it.”
