paid for next day shipping - was told that it missed the shipment even though i had made it well before the cut-off. when the goods arrived one week later the package was posted standard ROAD ONLY shipping. the reason why i chose to order through this company was specifically because of the shipping modes offered.
i complained and they refunded the shipping cost - but it did not make it when i required it.
