“The Line-R Model LE12001Automatic Voltage Regulator for my 230v Stereo System performed as expected. The delivery contractor, and this is not the first time, was a let down. He/She could have left the parcel as do some contractors at any of the two nearby post offices, both with 3 km from my location. The calling card that was left behind was not helpful: the contact number is tiny fonts at the bottom left corner of the card. We had to resort to the phone book and Google to finally locate a contact number and after a few calls to Sydney and Brisbane, we were directed to their office in Perth. As per instruction (on the card) we went to the business center but was informed by a sympathetic and rather apologetic lady that the parcel will be dropped at their depot later that evening and that we should come back the next Monday. She informed us that we are not alone have problem with calling card: small contact number fonts and unclear instruction on what to do on a failed delivery. Parcel received in good order and item much appreciated.”
