“Website layout could be better found it hard to find the 'add to cart' button. Bought a laptop case, really high delivery cost ($15 something) for a nearly 2 week wait to actually get the package, looked at the courier you guys use and it has many poor reviews???”

“Items had arrived quickly and I was very happy with this (as I have been having issues with items arriving on time), but the issue I have is the part I had ordered the makerbot it mini+ extruder is now not operating correctly showing a waveform error in operation every time I goto print (the spring mechanism inside the extruder appears to be too weak to operate correctly after some time in use), this part is only a few weeks old and has only been run for about 50-75 hours. I'm not really impressed that I can spend $470 on a part that fails in less than a month, I'll be looking to take further steps here.”
