“I was really nervous with so many different action items for setting up all new billing. Janelle was patient, explanatory, and kind. She walked me through each step and helped me set up what I could not. I am very appreciative of her help. I also had a busy work day and she really worked with my schedule to make sure we could lock in all the best rates. Thank you Ms. Jones for your patience and support. Well done!”

“Tanya was unbelievably helpful! She helped connect me to everything I can possibly need for moving into my new rental, and is one of the friendliest people ever. It felt like talking to a friend! She was very clear, helped me understand all of my options, and walked me through every step to get things set up. She helped make this step of moving the easiest part :)”
