Equipment has yet to show up for delivery, 5 days and still waiting

Janelle was very polite and attempted to help me set up internet service at my new apartment, but she put entirely the wrong address in the system with spectrum, defeating the purpose of going through Connect at all. I ended up having to correct her mistake and solve the issue on my end.

It felt like I was his last call of the night. It felt rushed and he called me 25 minutes earlier than he was suppose to. He thought he had already talked to me before. He seemed annoyed answering my questions. At first he said it was going to be self installation then said someone would be over anywhere from 8am-6pm window with no time frame in between. He ended the call by saying “thanks for all you do for the kids.” I don’t have kids or work with kids so I’m starting to wonder if he has the right person on the phone. Would love to talk to someone else

They will say ANYTHING just to get you to sign! Brain absolutely wasted my time, also I work nightshift and had me staying awake during the day waiting for an installer that was NEVER SCHEDULED TO COME!

It's never our intention to waste time or have you sign up for services you don't need. The provider you chose did confirm for us that your equipment shipped for self-install, not the professional install you requested.
