“Marquis did a great job, I was at the dentist and was dealing with a frustrating situation when I answered his call, so It was not a good time to set up internet and I got frustrated by having to click links and fill things out over the phone. I verbalized my frustration and asked him how long the call would take and if I could do it off call. I was not very friendly at first, which I apologize for. I would like to compliment Marquis's professionalism and patience because although I was rude (sorry again Marquis), he stayed kind and professional with me throughout the entire conversation. Thank you Marquis for your great service”
