“Connect did not get my official Service start date correct, which resulted in my Internet Service starting without actually even moving in yet! This resulted in me paying 2 Internet Service bills simultaneously. This unfortunate endeavor made me wait through hours of customer service calls and hold music, and was an unbearable experience that could’ve been avoided.”
