“The process was easy. Micheal was friendly and easy to work with. I needed help getting electric set up. For electric I was given 3 options of ways to get energy and once I confirmed, Micheal was able to get them set up for me and I was given an account number. Very efficient process. I would highly recommend for ease of service and to also understand a bit about the energy process and rates etc in Texas”
