“The process was easy. Micheal was friendly and easy to work with. I needed help getting electric set up. For electric I was given 3 options of ways to get energy and once I confirmed, Micheal was able to get them set up for me and I was given an account number. Very efficient process. I would highly recommend for ease of service and to also understand a bit about the energy process and rates etc in Texas”

“They will say ANYTHING just to get you to sign! Brain absolutely wasted my time, also I work nightshift and had me staying awake during the day waiting for an installer that was NEVER SCHEDULED TO COME!”

It's never our intention to waste time or have you sign up for services you don't need. The provider you chose did confirm for us that your equipment shipped for self-install, not the professional install you requested. It looks like that was eventually activated, so we do hope the service is working for you now. We take our customer experience very seriously and will address this matter with our team appropriately.
