"We bought four Vitra\/Eames chairs from Connox.de which came to an amount just under 1000Euros. The four chairs were badly packaged in thin-walled cardboard boxes which were not the original ones Vitra uses. The order came in two boxes, where each chair was turned on its head and placed upside down on the other chair with very little protection. The felt tipped feet punched during the shipping to Portugal, through the flimsy packaging and therefore scraped and were dragged on various surfaces all the way to the point of delivery. We contacted Connox.de more than once by e-mail and never got a reply. \r\n\r\nThe felt tipped feet which are replaceable cost for each chair about 14-15Euros. \r\n\r\nThe conclusions are yours as concerns making an order of this kind with the associated hassles ...\r\nNot recommended!"
