“Faulty installation of my Continal UFH (by others) causing weird issues and nothing working as it should. A call to Continal tech support, they tackled the problem like it was their own home and came back with the solution within minutes - problems solved. Very comforting to know that even after you have paid the money and someone else has caused all sorts of problems they were there to fully support you, big thanks!”

“I was extremely impressed by the way your staff helped me with my problem. The attention to detail and finding answers to my questions was terrific. No being passed aroud departments. “I've used Continal for a few years now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my under floor heating needs. The service is exceptionally quick and if there are any problems (rare) it's sorted out immediately, I have Niall to thank for that. “I recently (Oct 24) received delivery of my UFH from Continal. This was the second order I had placed following, one in April. The product we installed earlier in the year is working well. Continal have a very structured process (enquiry, advice, quote, deposit, drawings etc) to make sure you are getting what you need. The best part of the service is having someone who knows the product to ask questions of throughout. In my case a gentleman named David Wormell. He took great care to make sure I got what I needed and gave me confidence in ordering. He was always available via email or on the phone to answer questions. Excellent. Would I buy from Continal again? Yes.”

“I’m in the heating industry and have been installing heating systems for over 40years but underfloor heating systems are something I’ve not done before so I got in touch with continental and spoke to Casey who was well and truly interested in helping me out his knowledge was great and his advice was even better, we spoke things through and after changing my mind so many times Casey was alway behind me and nothing was a problem. We went ahead with the order and it was delivered on time and Casey called me to check I have received my goods, great service, great product and a great team. D. Wales Scotland”
