“My wife and I thought cookie diets were a scam until a friend said they lost 6kg eating these cookies, so three years later we did a week each and my wife lost 3kg and I lost 3.5kg, and we kept it off.

“I love the choc brownie flavour but the maple pancake and butterscotch are way too sweet for me! In fact they’re quite sickly sweet. I quite like the cinnamon oatmeal as well, not too sweet.”
