“There are a couple of issues:
1. Not easy to contact. Have received no answer to my requests to not get the maple syrup & Butterscotch ones.
2. Less sugar, please, or at least an alternative with another healthy sweetener.
3. A vegetable savory choice.”
“I really like the choc brownie & cinnamon oatmeal flavours; they curb my appetite and sweet tooth as promised on the pamphlet. The maple pancakes & butterscotch flavours are too sweet and do not curb my appetite. I am craving sweet things and fighting the urge to eat more of them than I should. Can I exchange the maple pancakes & butterscotch ones for choc brownie & cinnamon oatmeal?”
“Just tried maple pancake today. It's a bit sweet from my liking but still nice. Today only my first day and so far not feeling hungry so hopefully can loose a few kilograms.”
“I would prefer to have more options as to which flavours I can get in a variety box. Possibly the option to nominate which flavours are in and which flavours I don't want.”
“It didn't work too well for me with weight loss. I actually put on weight in the first two weeks, but then started to loose after that. In a month only lost 1.5 kg, but it did curb my appetite and now I am still loosing weight after stopping”
“I made a mistake on my last review I said I had all one flavour but I Didnt look properly in the boxes I opened. Just at a sealer bag on the top that said Maple Syrup pancake cookies. I had a mixture of 4 flavours of cookies in the 4 boxes.”
“Only new to this diet.When I placed my first online order I got an email immediately back but layout invoice of what I ordered was not well set out at all.I ordered incorrectly and was disappointed that I had ordered mostly same flavour thinking I had ordered mixed flavoured boxes.I was very impressed how efficient the staff was to help.They sent me 2 weeks free of another flavour.Very kind.
I think it would have been nice to get a prompt online to show this is what you ordered to make sure all was correct.
I also was surprised there were no booklet about how it all works as a diet plan except for a tiny single sheet with what to do or any sort of encouragement.After all you are not just selling biscuits but a DIET PLAN.This is how I understood it.
I will follow the plan and see what happens.Try anything that may assist me to get some weight off.”
