“In terms of losing wait in my view they can work if you stick to their guide. I did feel hungry a lot and a mental challenge at times and that's often when I would have to stop. I found i needed to drink a lot more fluids just to get through a day. I worry about my body getting enough nutrition as well. You need to learn how to eat more healthily overall if you want to keep the wait off. I have been doing this diet on and off for about 3 years. Its useful if you don't want tout much thought in the whole process and the cookies are yummy. I am still undecided about the long term health effects on the body I think the idea of short stints works best. I have been told if you had the energy you could also easily bake your own cookies that you could put more nutrition into but I hate cooking so not going to happen for me. Also I do worry how its affecting my gut and the meal size , and digestion patterns as I have had a number a gut issues over the last 5 years.”
“I’m sorry but the cookies did not suit me I became constipated early on the diet and have just gone to the toilet with the aid of movicol I gained weight on the diet I loved the cookies they were moorish I finished the cookies as advised but the problem persisted unless I took Movicole I can recommend them to others as the biscuits are nice. But expensive.
They work for more than me so I can say give them a try unfortunately I became constipated which was unusual for me being regular every morning it was no good not to go for a week or more till I took Movicol.

“The ease of selection was great and delivery was super quick. I have found all but the chocolate brownie cookies so, so sweet to taste and in future will only purchase the chocolate brownie cookie, the maple pancake biscuit is far too sweet, for me. They are a good size however, and easy to take with me in the awesome little sealable bag provided with each box. I have only been on the cookies for 3 days now and am still waiting to see any real change in my weight....so far only a few hundred grams lost, which is disappointing.”

“I couldn't access a month supply of just two flavours i.e. weeks of choc and 2 weeks of cinnamon oats so ended up with a flavours that i find too sweet in order to receive the month supply discount. Ot the best outcome. However the diet does certainly work”
“I started well but found it difficult drinking the large volumes of water suggested,and found myself eating more than the required amount of cookies in order to curb my hunger.
The cookie diet does not address emotional issues which are often the major reason behind being overweight and seems to rely on willpower which many of us are lacking.”

“Cookies vary in size in different batches so while some will be a little larger and more fulfilling, others will be tiny and don't satisfy the hunger at all. It's hit and miss. Generally speaking, sticking strictly to this diet I will lose almost 1kg in a week, after that I can use the cookies to maintain weight by substituting meals - personally it's a more satisfying alternative to shakes.”
